What is Hello Green?

We’re the Caribbean’s go-to source for certified compostable food packaging, made from plants! From cafés to caterers, we help businesses ditch plastic and serve sustainably.

Where are you based?

Our showroom is located at 54 Alfredo Street, Woodbrook, Port of Spain, Trinidad. (visits by appointment only)

When was Hello Green founded?

We launched in 2016 with a mission to make eco packaging accessible across the region.

Do you have partners outside Trinidad?

Yes! We work with distributors in Antigua, Barbados, Dominica, Grenada, and St. Vincent & the Grenadines.

Product Information

Are your products compostable?

Yes, all Hello Green products are 100% certified compostable and made from renewable plant materials like sugarcane, cornstarch, and wood pulp.

Will they break down in home compost systems?

Some items will break down at home, but most are designed for industrial composting. Either way, they decompose quickly and cleanly.

Are they biodegradable too?

Absolutely. Our packaging breaks down naturally without leaving harmful residues.

Are your products GMO-free?

 Yes. We’re proud to offer packaging that’s 100% GMO-free.

Do you hold sustainability certifications?

Yes, all our products are third-party certified, meeting global compostability standards. See more here

How long do your products last?

Stored properly (in a cool, dry place), most items last up to one year.

Can I use your packaging for hot foods and drinks?

Definitely. Our products are designed to handle both hot and cold items and are leak-proof, grease-resistant, and durable.

Can I customize my packaging with my logo?

Yes! We offer custom printing for businesses. Email or call us to explore options.

Ordering & Delivery

How do I place an order?

  1. Browse our online catalogue or download it.
  2. Request samples if needed, we’ll help you find the perfect fit.
  3. Email or Whatsapp your order to info@hellogreentt.com/ 868-290-6207. We’ll send an invoice and confirm delivery.

Please note: We do not take orders over the phone.

How long does delivery take and what are your fees?

  • Trinidad: 1 - 3 business days
  • Orders over $400: Free delivery
  • Orders under $400: $25 delivery fee

What about Tobago? Yes! We use CSF Couriers and you can expect delivery within approximately 1 - 2 weeks.

Can I change my order after placing it?

 Yes, just call us at +1 868-290-6207 and we’ll assist you.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

If you receive the wrong item, we’re happy to exchange it, as long as the packaging remains sealed and untampered with (for health and safety reasons). If you change your mind, we’ll review it on a case-by-case basis.
